Return Policy

If a defective, faulty, or damaged item is shipped, a replacement will be sent. This also applies to size issues. However, photographic evidence of the defective item must be emailed to contact@astaaray.com within 5 days of purchase before any claims can be processed. We offer exchanges but no refunds.
Once we review the photos and confirm the item is defective, we will send a replacement. All returns must be shipped with a tracking number as the customer is responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping fees. Orders typically take 3 to 14 business days to process and ship.

Good things take time—whether it's clothing or a goal you're working toward. We handle in-house production to ensure the highest quality, which comes with challenges that can sometimes cause delays. Some of our core products ship quickly, while limited-edition releases may take longer due to their exclusive nature.

For cash on delivery orders, payment will be collected at the shipping address upon delivery. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item and location.
