Refund policy

 

At ASTA ARAY, every piece is crafted with care. If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we’ll issue your refund as store credit.

How to Return:
• Notify us within 5 days of delivery.
• Item must be unworn, with the hang tag attached, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Processing Time:
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item. Store credit will be emailed to you.
