- How long does delivery take?
- Orders within Pakistan arrive in 1–5 business days. Every order is tracked, and you get a tracking link as soon as it's dispatched. Track your order

- Delivery is free on every order within Pakistan.
- Can I pay cash on delivery?
- Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan: you pay at your door when the order arrives. You can also pay online at checkout.
- Do you ship outside Pakistan?
- Yes, we ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Dubai. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and delivery takes 7–15 business days.
- Can I return or exchange something?
- If the size or fit isn't right, we'll exchange it or give you store credit. Let us know within 5 days of delivery; the piece must be unworn, with the hang tag attached and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. Shipping & returns policy
- What if my item is faulty?
- Email photos of the fault to contact@astaaray.com within 5 days of delivery. Once we confirm a fault in the fabric or stitching, we'll refund, exchange or replace it.
- How do I find my size?
- Every product page has a size chart. Men's pieces also have “Find my size”, which suggests a size from a few quick questions. If you're between sizes, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.
- Is everything always in stock?
- Many pieces are made to order in your size, so you can still order them when ready stock runs out.
- Can I get a piece in a different colour or a custom fit?
- Yes. Send a custom order request with what you need, and we'll reply within 48 hours with pricing, fabric options and a timeline. Request a custom order
