Shipping Policy

Orders take 2 to 7 days to be delivered.

For cash on delivery orders, payment is collected at the shipping address upon delivery. Delivery times may vary a little depending on the item and your location.

We’ll keep you updated on your order’s progress. You can also track it any time on our Track your order page. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!

Return Policy

We do not give cash refunds unless there is a defect in the fabric or stitching.

For any other problem, such as size or fit, we only process an exchange and give store credit.

To make a claim for a defect, email photos of the item to contact@astaaray.com within 5 days of delivery. Once we review the photos and confirm the defect, we will process your refund, exchange or replacement.

Returned items must be shipped with a tracking number, as the customer is responsible for making sure the item is returned safely. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping fees.
